We are aware of some issues with images and documents not loading and are working on a fix. The issue is a configuration issue and no data loss has occurred.

Experience.com Integration

Experience.com recently made some changes to their API that have led to a pause in the importing of new reviews via this integration. We are currently working on integrating with the latest version of their API so that the importing of new reviews can continue. The current estimated completion date for this project is April 15, 2025.
